-We do not allow the use of numbing cream unless purchased in our studio. Please reach out to schedule a patch test at least a week before your appointment to check for allergies. 

-We do not offer touch ups on finger tattoos whatsoever. Finger tattoos rarely last as it is a high friction area and that causes ink to fall out faster. 

-If you have a skin condition, blood clotting conditions, diabetes we require you to obtain a doctor’s note stating you are able to be tattooed. We will require you leave a copy of that with us for our records

-We do not allow guests in the studio with you unless they are looking and receiving a walk in tattoo. 

-If you are 15 minutes late you will need to leave a new deposit to reschedule. Please keep this in mind when traveling from Boston and allow yourself extra time to combat traffic. 

-All deposits left with our private contractors are NON REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS! These deposits are used as DRAWING FEES! We are all custom tattoo artists and take time during our nights at home to draw custom imagery for each of our clients. This is time taken out of our day that we should be compensated for regardless if you need to cancel your appointment or not.

-We only offer ONE reschedule per client, per appointment! If you would like to reschedule again you would need to leave a new deposit.

-Once your tattoo request form is completed and you have left a deposit there are zero changes to your request form allowed! We use that form to draw custom images for you and do not look elsewhere for more details etc. That includes emails/Instagram messages. Be sure to have all the information laid out in the form before submitting. 

-We do not offer free touch-ups. One free touch-up at artists discretion.

-You will need proper identification with you EVERY TIME you come into the studio to be tattooed. Even if you’ve been here before. Your identification must not be expired. We do not take paper/temporary IDs or photos of your IDS! 

-Please give us 72 hours for all reschedules. If not your deposit will be void. 

-No call no shows will be an AUTOMATIC ban from our studio. 

-During the month of DECEMBER we cannot accommodate rescheduling whatsoever. Please give us the common courtesy of canceling instead of no call no showing. We all have families that we also need to take care of during the holiday season and if you don’t show up… we don’t get paid. 

-No call no shows in NOVEMBER, DECEMBER AND JANUARY will have a $50 no show charge to their account. 

-We accept cash and credit only. Credit card transactions will be charged an additional 5% credit card fee. (Shenise and Jose only accept cash as their payment type!) 

-Our staff takes about two weeks to respond to tattoo requests! Please keep an eye out on your email for booking information. 

-Each of our artists are private contractors and have a right to deny service at any time. We encourage our staff to cancel appointments if they are being disrespected & if they are feeling uncomfortable.

-Our studio is an OPEN SPACE! We offer pasties to anyone who needs or wants them and have a privacy screen to put up if asked.
